Return & Refund Policy

Every product in our store is made to order. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. Besides this, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or a change of preference after purchase. We encourage you to review product details carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. To ensure a smooth resolution, please:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide a clear photo of the issue (if multiple products are affected, a photo or video showing them all together will be required).

There is no need to return the damaged item.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued directly back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process your refund through Shopify, the amount should appear on your statement according to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Exceptions

  • Refunds and replacements cannot be issued for incorrect size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or other issues outside our control, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
  • For apparel, slight variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are considered normal within industry standards and are not treated as defects.
