- All orders are processed and fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment provider.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days for apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
- Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are determined by our fulfillment partner and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product type, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and shared with you via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues
Since Mastery Mode does not handle fulfillment directly, any issues related to shipping — such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items — are managed through our third-party fulfillment partner. If you encounter any issues:

Customs and Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import fees. Mastery Mode and our fulfillment partner are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
